TAWK hosted a number of events, providing insight into the community and a much-appreciated central hub for many of our artists and producers. Linda Lee and local community leaders Phyllis Papworth and Kataraina Callow facilitated pepeha and raranga workshops, which had been run in the past, but reached new audiences as part of SL:K, while sharing new skills with our own visiting artists and allowing a deeper understanding of the history of Kaikōura.
